Worked at Mid level and Leadership positions managed global teams and delivery for organisations like Ness Technologies, Wipro Technologies, Satyam, Mahindra Satyam.

He founded talent21 with a distinguishing vision to assist clients in acquiring leadership talent through outstanding research capabilities and access to global talent pool. Headquartered in India, the company is young and fast growing executive search organizations, having offices in Hyderabad, Mumbai, Singapore, Bangalore, New Jersey and Dubai.

He completed his M.Tech. from IIT Kanpur and MBA from Symbiosis,Pune.
