EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
ITI Automobile Engineering / ITI Electrical Engineering / Diploma in Automobile Engineering / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Mandatory
OEM Certified EV / Hybrid Technician
Certification from any one of the following manufacturers will be preferred
Mercedes-Benz / BMW/ Audi / Porsche / Jaguar Land Rover / Volvo / Tesla / BYD / Hyundai / Kia / Tata Motors / Mahindra / Bosch / ZF / Valeo / Mahle
PREFERRED BRAND EXPERIENCE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Diagnose Luxury EV & Hybrid vehicles.
* Follow High Voltage safety procedures.
* Perform Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO).
* Verify Zero Voltage before repair.
* Diagnose High Voltage Battery.
* Diagnose Battery Management System (BMS).
* Diagnose Electric Drive Motor.
* Diagnose Inverter.
* Diagnose DC/DC Converter.
* Diagnose On-board Charger (OBC).
* Diagnose Charging ECU.
* Diagnose Gateway Modules.
* Diagnose Electric Compressor.
* Diagnose Heat Pump System.
* Diagnose Battery Cooling System.
* Diagnose Chiller System.
* Diagnose PTC Heater.
* Diagnose Cooling Pumps.
* Diagnose AC & DC Charging faults.
* Diagnose charging communication failures.
* Perform insulation resistance testing.
* Perform continuity testing.
* Perform voltage drop testing.
* Repair wiring harnesses.
* Repair HV connectors.
* Diagnose CAN Bus.
* Diagnose CAN FD.
* Diagnose LIN Communication.
* Perform post-repair validation.
* Prepare technical reports.
* Conduct road test.
* Follow OEM repair procedures.
* Follow Galaxy Auto Laboratory SOPs.
