Job Description

• Minimum 9 - 11 years of experience in handling Microsoft Exchange servers/M365.
• Should possess strong experience in troubleshooting Exchange server and DAG issues
• Knowledge on AD/DNS/ADFS & Mail archiving solution
• Should possess  experience on  Exchange restoration and Upgradation
• DKIM (Domain Keys Identified Mail) experience
• DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance) experience
• General security and encryption of emails
• Proofpoint knowledge
• Analyze Change Request; review change requests with the client & stake holders; validate the information and execute - High complexity; Critical & Emergency Changes
• Participate in Problem Management review meetings and provide root cause analysis
• Ability to handle and drive Incident Review bridges by identifying potential Problems; recommend solutions to be implemented
• Responsible for SLA compliance & Availability of Services
• Communicate effectively (verbal and written) and clearly within the team and with all the stakeholders  Good knowledge on ITIL process
• Technical Certification a must on MS Exchange and O365
• Possess ITIL certification
• On call schedule and week end change schedule participation
• Flexible to work on 24/7 rotational shifts
• Knowledge of legal searches and reporting
• PowerShell scripting knowledge
• Familiar with Azure AD/Dirsync
• Should have Exchange migration knowledge, migrating from legacy to latest Exchange version.
• Knowledge in supporting Microsoft 365 services as Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.
• Knowledge in Azure AD Connect
• Managing Exchange Online Mail flow , Connector, Accepted domain, Remote Domains
• Knowledge in Managing Exchange Online Protection
• Managing SharePoint Online Sites, Hub sites and Permissions, Quota.
• Managing Term store
• Managing OneDrive Quota, Delegation and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge in Managing Microsoft Teams Chat/Channels and Monitoring.
• Knowledge in Managing Microsoft Teams Policies.
