Telecom Domain Consultant / Delivery Lead ‿ Summary (India)             1
Seeking an experienced Telecom Domain Consultant with strong Program and Delivery Management experience and a proven track record in leading large scale Salesforce Consumer Transformation Programs for telecom service providers.
The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of Telecom BSS/CRM processes, including Customer Acquisition, Order Management, Service Fulfillment, Care, Billing, and Digital Channels. Experience working on Salesforce based transformations involving Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Comms Cloud, Customer 360, and AI enabled customer journeys is highly desirable.
The role requires strong stakeholder management, business consulting, and delivery governance capabilities, with the ability to engage effectively with business and technology teams, drive transformation initiatives, manage cross functional programs, and ensure successful business outcomes. Experience working with Tier 1 Telecom operators and managing large onsite offshore teams is preferred.
Strong communication, executive presentation, and customer facing consulting skills are essential, along with the ability to bridge business requirements with technology solutions and drive strategic transformation roadmaps.
