. 6+ yrs Expereince    
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
.    Minimum of 4 years of experience as an RPA Developer with hands-on involvement in designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions for enterprise-scale projects.
.    Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism, along with experience in scripting languages like Python, C#, or Java.
.    Strong data analysis skills using tools like Excel, SQL, or other reporting tools to support automation processes and data-driven insights.
.    Ability to translate business requirements into automation workflows and design process solutions that align with business goals and optimize operations.
.    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify process inefficiencies, recommend automation opportunities, and resolve technical challenges.
.    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present complex automation concepts in a clear, business-friendly manner.
.    Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, adapting to changing priorities as needed.
