Job Description

Responsibilities:

8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong expertise in:Apex (Triggers, Batch, Queueable, Schedulable),Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL
Salesforce security & sharing model
Integration patterns and APIs
Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Experience with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Git).
Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance tuning.
Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.

Technical Leadership:

Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design and implementation.
Define technical architecture and ensure scalability and performance.
Provide guidance to developers and conduct code reviews.
Establish and enforce best practices, coding standards, and governance.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
Development & Architecture: Develop complex solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and integrations.
Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations with external systems.
Build scalable automation using Flow and Apex.
Optimize SOQL queries and system performance.
Handle data migration and integration strategies.
Collaboration & Delivery: Work closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and release management.
Manage deployments using CI/CD and DevOps tools.
Support UAT, production deployment, and hypercare phases.
