Job Description
We are looking for a ServiceNow FSM Expert with strong hands-on development and implementation experience in the Field Service Management module. The candidate should possess a solid blend of technical expertise, business process understanding, and consulting capabilities to design, implement, and demonstrate FSM solutions.
The role requires someone who can translate business requirements into technical solutions, guide junior developers, and actively participate in solution demonstrations, product walkthroughs, and customer discussions.
Key Responsibilities
- FSM Implementation & Development
- Design and implement ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Configure and customize FSM components including:
- Work Orders
- Dispatching
- Scheduling
- Service Territories
- Mobile Workforce Enablement
- Develop and maintain custom scripts, business rules, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and platform standards.
- Technical Development
- Hands-on development using:
- Server-side scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Glide APIs)
- Client-side scripting
- Flow Designer / Workflow
- UI Policies, UI Actions
- Configure integrations with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs where required.
- Perform technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis for FSM related issues.
Required qualifications
