Job Description:
The ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Developer role is experienced in development, and implementation of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM, formerly ITBM) solutions.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Providing Domain Expertise (SME) mentorship for ServiceNow SPM Management solutions
- Ensuring a fit for purpose design of SPM solutions
- Understanding and interpreting requirements
- Defining and documenting requirements (technical, process, reporting)
- Development of related process documentation
- Understanding the technical nuances of how the ServiceNow platform works

Qualifications:
- experience in implementing the ServiceNow SPM suite of products, primarily the PPM application, but may also include:
- Performance Analytics
- Demand Management
- Resource Management
- Innovation Management
- Scenario Planning
- Alignment Planner Workspace
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Thorough understanding and exposure on PPM, APM and Financial management processes
- Thorough understanding and exposure on ServiceNow ITBM Modules like APM, PPM, Resource, Timecards, Budget and Investments
- Good knowledge on ServiceNow integrations with at least 3 4 3rd party tools, including at least 1 of the PPM tools like Clarity, HP PPM, Microsoft PPM, Planview
- Recognizes potential application of associated processes & systems
- Competent in use of technology for client and TechM benefit within own technology area
- Listens and ensures understanding of the client requirements to be able to support the design of appropriate solutions.
- Works with peer team to develop and promote solution.
- Displays a basic and developing understanding of TechM, the way we do business and the technologies involved.
- ServiceNow ITBM CIS Certification desired
- At least 1 PPM Certification
- Identify key benefits and growth on ServiceNow platform opportunities.
- Identify continual improvements and automation opportunities.
- Define process documentations or standard operating procedures.
- Prepare whitepaper on ITBM topics.
- Prepare presentations on the key solutions implemented
Experience needed in ServiceNow FSM Area.
The ServiceNow FSMÂ Developer should have live implementation experience and on designing solutions for FSM Module. Should also have expertise is building solutions for 3rd party interfaces with ServiceNow.Â

• Responsible for the overall design/Development of the application and mapping client business requirements from the project team to systems/technical requirements
• Provides expertise in technical knowledge, methodology and framework, data integration and data flows, and FSM development and coding.
• Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign along with the Project Manager
• Share best practices and be consultative throughout the technical design of the project"
• Review detailed functional design documents to match customer requirements
• Co team with the Developers to produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements.
• Provide the client with ServiceNow development Best Practices Advice and assist in their implementation.
• Deliver ServiceNow development consulting services based on the Client‿s ServiceNow release plan, including all modules implemented by the client.
• Identifies solutions and formulates implementation and migration strategies.
