Key Responsibilities and Duties
Operational Management: Direct daily operations, including scheduling therapists, receptionists, and managing appointment systems.
Staff Leadership: Hire, train, motivate, and manage spa staff to ensure superior service delivery and staff performance.
Financial & Revenue Management: Develop and manage budgets, analyze revenue reports, and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure a positive, relaxing guest experience.
Inventory & Maintenance: Monitor inventory, order spa products, and ensure all equipment is functional and maintained.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure the spa adheres to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Usually 2+ years of experience in spa management or the hospitality industry.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management is often preferred.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and financial acumen (budgeting) are essential.
Knowledge: Familiarity with spa software, wellness trends, and retail products.
