Sr. Software Engineer

Role Purpose:
Build and support Salesforce integration components for telecom B2B journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Apex callouts, REST/SOAP APIs, events, and middleware integrations
• Manage payload mapping, authentication, error handling, and logging
• Troubleshoot API failures, data issues, and system dependencies

Skills Required:

• Core: Apex, async Apex, SOQL/SOSL, debug logs, named credentials, deployment tools, Service Cloud integration awareness
• Allied: REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, OAuth, Postman, Kafka/eventing, basic Python/Java, AI assisted debugging
• Vlocity: Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, OmniStudio remote actions, CPQ/OM integration

Domain: Telecom B2B integrations (customer, quote, order, fulfilment)

Selection Criteria: Strong integration and debugging skills with production support mindset

High Value Indicator: Able to map payloads to Salesforce data and identify downstream failures quickly
