We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce FSL Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions. The role requires deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, field service business processes, mobility, scheduling and dispatch, work order management, service territories, optimization, and enterprise integration.The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, solution teams, delivery teams, and client leadership to define scalable, high performance, and future ready field service solutions aligned to business objectives.
Lead end to end architecture and solution design for Salesforce Field Service Lightning
Drive requirement discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders
Translate field service business requirements into scalable Salesforce solution architecture
Define architecture for:
Work Orders
Work Types
Service Appointments
Service Resources
Service Territories
Scheduling Policies
Dispatcher Console
Mobile App enablement
Inventory and asset linked service processes
Design optimization and scheduling solutions for technician assignment and field dispatch
Provide architecture guidance across Salesforce clouds such as Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and external enterprise systems
